Time for new tires on our 21 Honda Pilot 245/50R20. Costco is temporarily out of stock of the 102 load rating and only has the XL version in stock.
Would there be a noticeable difference in ride with an XL tire vs a regular 102 load rating? I don't mind waiting another week or 2 or going to Discount Tire if necessary.
"The XL tire (#1823626) is reinforced to handle a higher load capacity - about 165 lbs more per tire. This means it has a stronger sidewall construction designed for heavier vehicles or applications requiring higher load capacity."
