What people are missing is this van is a commercial vehicle so a dealer will charge full rate for everything. Even charge you for the time the mechanic sits on the toilet taking a dump 
Every service business screws and takes advantage of a commercial account since the bill is deductable. I had a towing business and never took my trucks to a dealer after the warranty was up. The independent shop I used charged me the same rate they did everybody,there was no padding the bill since the costs were tax deductible.
Whenever I shopped for a repair facility I'd look at the mechanics,if their hands and clothes were cleaner than mine I'd turn around and leave since they spend too much time in the day grooming themselves and not working lol
