Makes me want to go out and ROAD RAGE.
 
We get the same garbage with certain vids that won't play in Canada...very irritating considering we share most of the same TV programming, companies and other items.


That guy is a psycho.

I suspect the day will come will all cars will have mandatory video cameras in them, continuously running and with the data being uploaded, via satellite, to some national database.

It may happen before all vehicles on public roads are autonomous, but after all vehicles on public roads are autonomous there will probably be little requirement for it.

Unfortunate but true, if that suspect would have pulled that [censored] in the USA, it would have been a good bet he would have been shot and killed, he certainly was asking for it. That guy was so crazy and violent that his death would have likely saved another innocent victim from his wrath in the future.

How much you want to bet that offender has a long rap sheet?

The guy with the video was an ex South African cop and reckoned that he was more scared than he's ever been before...

That type of (driving) behaviour is increasingly common, the getting out and smashing stuff not seen much.

As to the Police dispatcher, they are call centres, and useless...won't dispatch until you can name every road and crossing in the vicinity, including spelling.

Usually, they refer you to "crimestoppers", which, isn't as it's name implies stopping crime, just adding stuff to an inactioned database.
 
As I started watching this, I wondered "when are they going racial" with it? I got my answer at the 4:30 mark. Ironically, at 5:50, a whole different story emerges.
