The late 70's XS650 (with the '83 wheels) will still be running after the others have all hit the boneyard
 
The others are all built to a higher standard than the old XS650. If they develop mechanical issues, it will almost solely be due to maintenance neglect.

Yeah, I had one and it wasn't all that. It was basically a Triumph knockoff with much less quality.
 
RE: RD400

I really liked the RD350. Back in the day they called it the "Giant Killer" I couldn't find a used one at that time and bought a 70's 350 Suzuki two cycle twin instead.
