Complaint about aftermarket parts

Yep, I will say that the availability varies by country, but even in their US stores you'll find a decent selection of all wood pieces that are very nice for the money. You don't find too many places that offer contemporary/country Scandinavian furniture in the USA anymore. I'm not a fan of the most modern items but I like the warm look of their country pieces.

I've been to Sweden, Norway and Denmark a number of times and they really do know about design and good ergonomics too.
Our family had two mid 1980s SAAB 900 models and the seats while not looking anything fantastic were the most comfortable seats I ever have found in any car to date, even better than Volvo seats. Those cars were very underrated and under appreciated too. Still wish I had them.

Yesterday I installed the absolute cheapest new brake rotors I could find for my Veloster. $60 shipped for Autoshack brand for the PAIR! Nice packaging, came with instructions in English, great finish on the swept surfaces, nice clean machining.

I bought a set of Raybestos ceramic hybrid brake pads for $20 shipped off Ebaay.

Parts went on with no hassle. Drives very nice, no noise, strong braking performance. I did paint the rotor 'hats' to avoid seeing rust.

Time will tell if they last 75k like the stockers did.

Brakes tend to be an exception. Certainly, there are horror stories but if you stay with reputable sellers even the low dollar stuff seems ok for average use.

WHERE ARE AUTO SHACK AVAILABLE ???????? E-Bay use to carry that brand. I can't find it anywhere on the East Coast. GOOD CHEAP STUFF !!!!!!!!!! Please reply...

I agree that aftermarket brakes seem to hold up pretty well. I did Element 3 pads and the cheapest Raybestos rotors RA had at about 360,000 on the Xterra, and at 414,00 there still doing well. That includes 20K miles of the kid driving them in the city.....

Will those rotors last the 360K the originals did, doubt it. I am actually surprised they lasted this long. I am surprised the car has lasted this long also.
