I would search for some sort of vacuum leak. A crack in a PCV line, a brake booster hose that is not sealing well, etc. The vehicle is pretty new, but I wouldn't rule this out.
The fuel filter is likely incorporated into the fuel pump. When the filter is clogged, a new fuel pump must be ordered if it is that situation.
I would not spend another dime on injectors or injector cleaner, but I would look into other causes of a vehicle that may run but not start well.
Since there are only four plugs, I would remove the wires from the plugs (nothing the location where each came), cycle the engine with the starter, then pull the plugs to see if they have fuel on them. If there is fuel, it probably isn't the injectors.
I'm not a mechanic, that's just where I would go with this problem. Additionally, I would consider checking for spark using a similar procedure -remove all wires and then one plug at a time, attach the appropriate plug wire , and touch it to the block to ensure that there is spark. You can also see if the plugs are correctly gapped at this time. If you remove the plugs before performing either of these procedures, you may be able to observe, based on plug color, if the engine is in fact running lean. - This can be a symptom of a vacuum leak or bad injectors, but I highly doubt injectors are the problem.
