Clic-r Hose Clamp Pliers with Rotating Jaw Inserts

Other than Knipex, does anyone make Clic-R type hose clamp pliers with rotating jaw inserts?

This is the type of plier that I am referring to:

This is a rarely used tool for me and I would rather not spend $80 for a set of pliers, if possible.

I use a pocket sized flat blade screwdriver (Alexander) to release the clamp & Knipex 10 99 i220 to reinstall. Doesn't really answer your question though.

The pliers in your link don't appear to have rotating jaws??

Bought a few of those on amazon.de site cheaper a year or so ago. They are very good, but not as versatile as Knipex wants you to believe.

The Knipex ones are ok, but I prefer the Facom DM.CC. They are also sold as MAC DMCC. You can access the clamp from three angles with this type, and they work very well.
