In the aircraft world those are Cannon Plug Pliers. Handy tool for delicate jobs.

Was going to say looks like a found my new cannon plug pliers. I have a set of the ubiquitous Proto plies and always thought they were crap!

Edit: Went looking for these and found Knipex. $60 later...

I don’t know what brand these are and I don’t find them on the internet. They are at least 25 years old.

And put the sockets in the freezer before trying, can't hurt.

Cold contracts metal ideally you wante to heat the larger socket and freeze the smaller one. Try holding the larger socket in boiling water then try cooling the smaller one with an inverted can of canned air. Just make sure you dont get it on the larger one.
