Anybody had any occasion to return a gun made by Uberti but sold under the Cimarron name for repair? Mailing one tomorrow. Beautiful gun, a replica of the top break S&W No 3, not the Schofield. The top latch to allow loading/unloading jammed in the closed position. I was lucky it locked up when it was unloaded. Only fired the gun about 18 times when the thing locked up. Looking at the schematic I would bet that the spring in the latch has broken and a piece is locking it up. It is under warranty so back it goes.
