Been doing prime rib the last 5 or 6 years instead of turkey. Meijer's had them on sale last year for $5.99 a pound, this year they were $7.99. Picked up three of them, one for Christmas day in the oven, the other two to cook on the grill during the summer. Each was a 3 bone roast about 9 pounds each. Also picked up a Sugardale Hickory smoked ham there that was on sale for .89 cents a pound instead of the regular $3.49 a pound. Will save that for Easter this year.
