They "may" (and I think that's why the FDA went all up in arms with their most recent advertising claims....) but it all depends on your diet....It's primarily the "fiber content" that aides in the lower cholesterol....so ya, honestly, you're probably better off eating a bowl of quaker oat's oatmeal for break fast.....but yea, those can get bland after a while
Try garlic.....MINUS the salt. Real garlic (either pill form or herb...) but yea, the Garlic "Salt" will be negating the affects you'll be getting from the garlic
