Yea, come to think of it, I'd like to see more history than just the maintenance records. Like, was the engine/transmission replaced?

Is this just to odometer reading or is there another engine in it from a bone yard...Lots to think about!

I mean, the carpet and seats look so good & clean for 500K miles. Like new! Not just shampoo'd but, replaced!

Really cool to see that!

Like said though, things don't seem to add-up. That driver's seat looks way to clean and intact, as does the interior in general. The steering wheel should be worn shiny and the pedal pads worn out. There's no way the AT lasted that many miles and that SOHC 4.0L would have to be real loose and sloppy if by a miracle, it's original.

Not to mention the catalytic converters and all that.

Dude that traded that baby in got $2K max.

approximately 70,000 miles per year.

The psycho asking price might just show you how much some people (who can't afford new) need a truck.

Hello, "pilot car"?…..as in the lead vehicle ahead of a wide load? Just a guess. Never heard the term.

Also, I've never heard of a wee truck which got anywhere near 24MPG-18 TOPS Kira

Well, it is an extended cab. There are a couple of gold bars behind the driver's seat. Or, there better be for that price!

yes. Usually have blinking lights and a pole for heigth if needed

I don't know about anybody else but if the truck has been so maintained, cared for every day and looks that sharp after 500,000 miles, why get rid of it at this point? I would have kept it. That's a tough sell at that price

I regret a little bit buying a new car in 2012 but I'm keeping it and the other vehicles in my signature until they fall apart.

The ad says it was a guys income, so there's a good chance it was a pilot car. In that part of WI though, I'd be worried about frame rot from all of the winter salt.

Had to look at the map to verify that it is indeed somewhat close to Canada. I bet those miles are metric miles (aka km). That must mean the asking price is in metric too.

Still too clean.

I drove a security truck which was a 01 Ranger with the 4.0L with 400k+ back in 03. Still the original engine/trans in it also. Came from Texas. Still ran great and didn't look to terrible. Got to remember security trucks are used 24x7 non-stop sometimes. This one wasn't but depending on it's use looks feasible to me.
