Cheap floor mounted strut compressor

I haven't seen any under $700 or $800, so this is a surprise. Anyone have it?

I don't do struts/springs very often. My only comment in this regard is to look at the screw that is used to provide the compression. I've found it's much easier to work with a compressor that uses compression screws that have Acme threads instead of unified threads.
