Man oh man, i had to use position 6 on my decoder ring to decrypt that one.

AAP-Advance Auto Parts, Nextgen--Valvoline's oil, FAR-Free After Rebate.

Any/cheapest SM/SN rated oil will do for a simple flush, do not look at the what brands, look at the price and API donut.

Found some cheap "meijer brand" conventional oil that said API-SN. included a free purolator pure 1 and the oil was only $12. the filter is half as much as that? strange deal. Should I go with the meijer stuff? (grocery store)

No question in my mind that for the first few very short changes i would buy the absolute cheapest SL or later oil and use it. No need to worry about something being better than something else for a 100 mile change. Many poeple out there are running well over 100K miles on cheap API rated oils. No need to fuss if its going to be in your engine for a week or two.

I just saw your last post, Yes stick with that. You dont say what the engine is, but it would probably run its entire life on the stuff you just bought and not have any issues.

Yes, go with the cheapest API SM or SN oil and filter you can get for 3-4 extra short OCI's. No need to pay for premium oil and filter in clean up phase.
