Changing Spark Plugs and Lubrication

I have been changing plugs for over 40 years and have never used Anti seize on the plugs and have only had one instance where I had trouble getting a plug out and that was on a car that had an aluminum head and the engine had been over heated. I did break that plug and it was a pain to remove but I finally did without having to remove the head. One other plug was hard to remove and the other two came out with no problems. I had replaced plugs on this car previously before it was overheated, and the plugs came out easily that time.
I do use dielectric grease on the end of the coil boots or plug wires.
