Champ filters

ACEA A3/B4-12
Didn’t know they now use metal core. Wa plastic core for whole 16 years I used them at our fleet. No issues ever with Champ Labs filters either as we use them for 4,5 and 7,500 OCI

Just my 2cents on what a technician at a fleet observes 🤗

I need to amend my statement as I was mistaken in believing that their E-Core was changed to metal. Everything I have seen indicates that nylon is still used exclusively.

I guess we’ll be getting a good test
of that ADBV/Bypass combo valve!
I’ve used a few of them on police cars now. I’ve cut them all open. No way to tell if the bypass worked properly or not but the media was not torn and they looked overall pretty good.
