I need to amend my statement as I was mistaken in believing that their E-Core was changed to metal. Everything I have seen indicates that nylon is still used exclusively.
Didn’t know they now use metal core. Wa plastic core for whole 16 years I used them at our fleet. No issues ever with Champ Labs filters either as we use them for 4,5 and 7,500 OCI
