I was in the left hand lane once and a Mustang pulls up in the left turn lane going the opposite direction right next to me since traffic was backed up to the end of the block. Anyway, he had his bass all the way up, so I just turned my head and stared.

Sure, but they really don't have a whole lot of resources to track down a transient mobile jammer. I'd think that they would attribute it to something else. Now I have no interest in doing it, but I would really have no issue with someone who did. It's the functional kinda unlawful/illegal that basically serves the public good, just doesn't have the authority to do so.

Sorta like a masked man stealth super hero ..at least that's how the person would regard themselves.

While it would be "rude" ...I don't think the rolling cell phone yakking gaggle really has much to protest. Now they surely would. Just like that guy who rode behind you with the high beams on without any regard for how it impacted you.

Yes, I agree with you there. Who would know, really, whats up? Just have to make sure your only using it when necessary so you can't be pinned down.

Not retarded at all comparing it to drunks. The facts have shown that cell phone users have a accident rate comparable to drunks. Just because you haven't had a accident doesn't mean that you aren't a part of the problem. Many drunks go for years without a accident or getting caught. Your thinking that you can't possibly be a problem because you haven't had a accident is a part of the problem. But I'll leave you with your beliefs and hope that you don't have to have a accident to find out different.
