I had a 11 to 2 vehicle pickup today and at 11 today they text me and say sorry next Wednesday 😐 No call just a text...no big deal right..

I washed and cleaned two vehicles and got all the paper work and put 200 miles of gas in each, checked everything and took the plates off as requested. Full tilt clean....

I had other business to attend to and yes I am pretty rigid on details and appointments and don't really like delays. Yes the prices were right and they pay swiftly but not loving the experience.... was set to return the plates and call my insurance today..things on their checklist...

I'll get over it...... 😇

I grew up with a German dad. I thought my family was the only one who showed up early to parties when I went to birthday parties. Then I realized later on that all my family get togethers pretty much started a half-hour early.

Speaking of on-time issues, I deal with Carvana a lot. They have a lot going on and when one issue happens with transport, it tends to have a spillover effect and make everything else that much later.

Judging by the hundreds of trade-ins I get from them you probably didn't need to fill up the tank or give it a cleaning. But I understand that mentality and even today, I'm very much the same way.

What did you sell?

I sold an Audi A6 to Carvana a few years ago - in December. Covered with road salt. Cleaning it up was a waste of your time unfortunately. The only thing they check is that the mileage on the car is within 100 miles of what you said it was and that there are no unreported dings or dents. They are going to do their own clean up and you wont get extra or credit for any spiffing up on your end.

Great post.
Here they take Uber and charge me $90 per vehicle as the closest location is 57 miles away... I could deliver but I'd have to pay the Uber back...so it's a wash...

I'll update soon on what I sold....
And replaced it with 😃

I don't expect anything extra as it's just the way I do things...inside my cars really never get dirty but I understand your point.
