Carquest Blue - ID guide?

Placed a Rock Auto order recently - -

Ordered some diesel engine "Ultra-Power" oil filters for only $0.98 each - - I got CARQUEST Blues! Wow! (ordering more right now!)

The boxes are old and really shelf-worn - but the filters are plastic shrink wrapped and perfect.

I can't identify who makes them.

My only guess is Baldwin.....?

1) They are NOT Fram... and
2) Wix made "Carquest Blues" always say "Gastonia, NC" on theirs., and
3) Purolators are usually always marked with their typical Purolator date code, right?

That only leaves Baldwin, if I am not mistaken?

Maybe post up a pic of the filter and date code, might help identify the maker.

I think the older (and even some newer) CQ Blue Diesel were Baldwin, and maybe Hastings?
