Car lube plus oil?

Ever heard of it? Says Synthetic blend. Bottle has the APi Donut with the SN rating and GF-5. I bought 1 case of 10w30 for $1.66/qt!

Never heard of it, and I see no reason to just assume it "can't be too bad" especially based on how many really bad oils are out there.

I see the oil is listed as a product of "CMJ Brothers". I found this info:

CMJ Brothers Synthetic Oil Specs

It looks reasonable on paper. It compares itself as better than conventional motor oils; they are not marketing it again Castrol EDGE Extended Performance for example. "I never heard of it" has never struck me as a reason not to try a new brand.

They carry an API license, so yea, I wouldn't have a problem using them if it meets your use case.
