I see you're in Canada so that might be why it's so high. When we added our son (3 drivers) but only had (2) cars, it didn't go up too crazy but once that 3rd car was added, it went from around $1000/year to $2500. Adding our daughter didn't increase it much, then our son bought his own car, so he fell off our policy. Our 3rd could be licensed in a year. No idea if we'll end up with a 4th car (I'm against it), so I'm scared what our insurance will be then !!
