Does anyone make a premium cartridge filter? I have been using the standard Wix in our 2012 Grand Caravan with the 3.6 liter engine. I like Wix but they do not have it available in their XP, synthetic media line. I also don't see it available in Fram Ultra or the new Purolater with synthetic media.

Why It would be hard to prove any real advantage using a premium oil filter. The important filter is the air filter.

The Wix is a premium filter.

There's not any need to move up to a "better" filter.

You will just spend more money.

IIRC the Wix canister filters are nothing special. Middle of the road filtration rates. I would look elsewhere.
