W WillsYoda Joined Oct 17, 2015 Messages 505 Location MN Apr 21, 2023 #21 IMHO 5w30 and 0w30 is the same until you get to VERY low temp, like -20 or -30. If it gets to -30 in your area, then I would definitely go with 0w30. If it just gets to 0, it doesn't really matter with a good full synthetic.
