Caliper Slide Pin Difference?

According to Honda, it goes on the leading pin.

It's different for different cars. On my Camry with 5S-FE engine the rubber bushing slide pins go on the bottom of the caliper but on a Camry with a different engine they go on the top.

Leading pin can be top or bottom depending on the orientation of the calipers.

Generally (there are always exceptions) if the caliper is mounted in front of the rotor the one with the rubber bushing will be on top, if mounted behind the rotor then the pin will be on the bottom. Both are on the leading edge.
