Bulk 0W20 - CHEAP!

I was browsing the net and came across an oil distributor by the name of Golden West.

They have a 0W20 product in-house that is priced at $11.72/gal.

Of course, I'm sure the installer will be charging the market price of $8/qt to the consumer, but the point is, I am surprised how inexpensively a 0W20 oil can be made.

As CP has shown with the OE Honda SynBlend 0w20, it is possible to build a 0w20 oil that is not full-synthetic. For the price that the Golden West product is being sold at, I am curious as to its composition.
 
$11.72/gal x 55 gallons. I cannot imagine the delivery the cost is that cheap for a 400 lb+ barrel.

Yes a -33F PP if correct is not that of a 0W oil.
Also the 167 VI is low for a 0W-20 but good for a 5W-20.

That was the price for bulk, which is delivered by the truckload. I doubt there is an additional freight charge.
