I was browsing the net and came across an oil distributor by the name of Golden West.
They have a 0W20 product in-house that is priced at $11.72/gal.

Of course, I'm sure the installer will be charging the market price of $8/qt to the consumer, but the point is, I am surprised how inexpensively a 0W20 oil can be made.
As CP has shown with the OE Honda SynBlend 0w20, it is possible to build a 0w20 oil that is not full-synthetic. For the price that the Golden West product is being sold at, I am curious as to its composition.
