Had to pull the dash in my jeep to replace the hvac box its self as the locks that hold the blower in broke. Bough a complete box from ebay. My old evaporator was 90% plugged and just nasty. Even had a dead mouse in there!

Cleaned up the new box. Cleaned the newused evaporator. Got all the doors working as well as put a new heater in it.

Been playing with orifice tube sizes and charge amounts.

Its currently 102F and im cold lol

My XJ Cherokee had the best AC of anything I've ever had. Wonder if yours shares parts or design philosophy.
