Briggs and Stratton Spark plug question ??

My B&S 5500W generator with the 342cc engine came with the Briggs' version of the Champion RC12YC spark plug. While it ran fine it was always tough to start, requiring many pulls to start. I switched to a NGK BKR5EIX-11 plug and now it starts on the second pull. The factory plug ran just fine once you got it started. I got the NGK plug from the Advance Auto store nearby, the cost was not expensive as I recall, well worth it for the ease of starting and longevity of an Iridium plug.

The “BKs” are shorter with a 5/8 hex instead of 13/16.
BPR5EiX or EiX-11 that has a wider gap.
6 heat range will work if you can’t find 5s
