Bought this vintage Ford beer mug

I was in Nashville recently (great town BTW!) and found this cool beer mug for $1 at a local thrift shop. My phone camera is acting up so the pic below is from Ebay.

I didn't know Ford had a glass plant in Nashville. According to what I found online, it was at one time the largest glass manufacturing plant in the world.

That's a sweet find! I found my FIL's ford uniform in his closet. wrapped in plastic from the dry cleaners. Its awesome, but the shirt doesn't fit me..

That is pretty rad. I wish they still did their own glass. The way they do glass now, they ship direct from Carlex. Takes about 2-3 weeks to get a windshield that sounds like a Lego box because it was absolutely destroyed in shipping.
