Private sale, it's an SEL V6 AWD. 70k kms (43k miles). Will give it a coat of wax and it needs a good interior detailing when the weather cools down. It has a few door dings (but white hides those pretty well) and also some light curb rash on a couple of the rims. More importantly, the rockers are solid and rust free.

Hopefully we can get 3-4 years out of it without too many repairs, although I'm not expecting reliability like we've had with our Honda.

Have a garage appointment in two weeks (they're booked solid until then) to get all the fluids changed; oil, coolant, trans fluid, brake fluid, PTU gear fluid, rear diff. From there I'll do the maintenance, just wanted to get it all done at once as a maintenance starting point.

The front portion of the passenger power seat doesn't go up or down. My wife is complaining it's too high for her short legs, so I'll have to get that fixed.

Looking forward to having AWD this winter; the residential streets aren't cleared here, just the main routes. Got stuck in the street in front of our house last winter, and that started the car purchase gears turning .

Looks very well taken care of. But after working in several Ford dealerships in my time they indeed do have problems and often become money pits at this cars age. You may get lucky time will tell.

Looks really nice, and only 45k miles? Nice!
One senior owner for most of its life and garage kept (according to the second owner). The second owner had it for less than two years and drove it to work. He bought a late model Infinity to replace the Fusion. Carfax and local registry verified two owners and length of ownership, so the story is plausible.

My 2010 SEL has treated me reasonably well (rust notwithstanding)

Make sure it's got all it's airbag and or HCU recalls, full fluids service and drive on 👍

If you didn't get the keypad code on a card in the owners manual pack, it's on a little white sticker on the fuse box/GEM slightly above and to the left of the brake pedal
Think directly behind the headlight switch

Sounds like a good purchase and you should get more than three or four years out of it.
These are nice cars that drive well and the V-6 is surprisingly strong while the AWD is nice to have for your conditions.
I hope this car serve you well over the coming years,
