He got tired of being ridden by some other members. He wasn't directly connected to the technical aspect of Champ labs, he was into sales. Very nice guy and more than willing to bend over backwards to find out anything he could with his internal contacts. Much of what he said was hard to appreciate for what it was worth. I forget when his tone set off the lightbulb in my head. I think it was one of the massive threads where a member named lubeowner was attacking the Champ Lab's lowball offering (Warner) in some media breaches that he discovered. It was a nasty exchange ..but Mel (Filterguy) took it on the chin fairly well.
In short, he's moved on. I haven't exchanged emails with him in a while, but he was doing well the last time I checked.
