Not really, I've just been working 13hr days for the last 4 days, came on here last night to catch up and saw this thread and his comments. I am somewhat tired of hypervish's baseless brand-bashing. If I had a dollar for every anecdote he tosses out as "evidence" of Toyota being superior and seemingly everything else (see: vehicles he doesn't own) being, well, not, I'd be a billionaire.
He could have asked the OP about why the vehicle didn't have a warranty before making his snide remark, but he didn't. That's his hallmark. When I see somebody having an issue with their Toyota, I don't hop in there and start calling their car junk, but that's basically what he is doing. It is rude.

I clearly asked him why it wasn't under warranty... Sorry, that I don't read every post the OP writes (ie. stalker status), which is the only way I would have known it has a salvage title.
He also mentions that other beamer's are having this problem, not only his. I can't see how an accident causes a differential to leak.
I never said Toyota was superior, in fact i didn't bring up Toyota till you brought up some "smart [censored]" remarks.

That was unnecessary, particularly since you hadn't waited for an answer as to why it wasn't under warranty!

And you can't see how a car being in an accident that caused the air bags to deploy in a vehicle with an AWD system and having FRONT differential seepage issues could be related? Accidents (like front end ones that could cause the air bags to deploy) don't stress front end components?
There was no need for you to bash his car. It was rude. And that's the issue. You could have asked him why it had no warranty without the brand slam. But that's not your "style" I guess, right?
And BTW, I thought you had "better things to do" than argue with me? Yeah, I didn't think so.
