Blackstone 36" griddle

Well, just put mine away for the season. Tried to get a nice coat of oil on it, removed the griddle (heavy wow), carried it into the garage. Storing it there for the winter. Miss the thing already. Left the grill out on the deck...barely used it at all this summer, haven't used it since. It's griddle on basically nothing now with me...but I probably should use the grill a bit as it is just sitting there.

Likes:
Use it more than I thought, especially when we have guests or cooking/frying something stinky
Short learning curve on the cooking and cleaning part
Cooking surface stays seasoned through winter/lower use
Large surface area
Quick light, quick heat up
Runs really hot - but shut off quadrants are great for keeping warm
Love it hard plumbed to my 500gal propane tank

Dislikes:
Small wheels, fine on smooth PITA on exposed aggregate
Took a LONG time to get a better seasoning.
Painted area and some of the cheap hardware is rusting. Stainless would have been much better. I do cover it when cold/rainy
Square corners. This didn't used to bug me but these are areas that don't get direct heat but have constant build up of junk and grease. I use tools to dig out the ear wax but a pain especially the back two under the hinge hardware
Runs really hot- will burn quick
The weld attachment points seem proud of the overall surface
