bio diesel in texas now?

ok so all the valero gas stations i've noticed have a sticker on the pump that says may contain up to 5% bio diesel? Is it just valero that's doing it cause I don't notice it on any other brands. Did texas have some kind of mandate on bio diesel recently? If so then I guess i'll quit using my lubricity additive.

I thought all diesel had 5% bio-diesel added to it.
Just like all gasoline in the USA now has 10% ethanol by Federal Law.

I could be wrong though.

You can get gasoline around here without ethanol in it. You do pay extra for that though.

Our Loves just started using the B-10 at all its pumps here in Oklahoma. It's about time! The 7.3L seems to really like it. $3.49 a Gallon.

I'm just trying to figure out if valero uses b5 all the time or if it's just whenever they decide to put it in there.
