Those look like something that should be on a ship. I love music and back in my high school days I was really into decent quality audio. I remember how jealous I was when my best frieds dad bought a JVC 100 watt amp with 3 way 12" woofer speakers. Little did I know that they actually sounded like [censored]. I don't have the funds now to get anything decent but out of curiosity I went into a mom n pop audio store a few weeks ago and was blown away by the quality sound that even some of the small speakers were producing. Of course they were over 2 grand for a pair but I swear if I ever have disposable income again (doubtful), then I am going to build a sweet stereo setup. Until then I will continue on with my Kenwood 100 watt receiver pushing some Polks I bought at Best Buy a few years ago. I think they have 6.5" woofers but the sound absolutely blows away my buddies 12" JVC from the 80's. We still had fun opening the windows putting the speakers up to the opening, then cranking GNR and playing football outside! Wow our neighbors must have hated us.
