If you look closely at those HUGE cheese-grater grilles, almost all of it is just an etching in the plastic, and actually has a very small opening to allow air in.
One of my favorite Nissan cars.
Now that's so GREAT! I look at this picture and actually see reality! I see this most every day on my commute. Sure, it's an exaggeration, but really?? IS it?
Looks like a HUGE cheese grater coming after you haha!
Is there an actual need for the larger grill openings we see in many cars, and which many people complain about from a styling perspective?
Is this purely for styling or do the new, more complex engines with more electronics and tighter engine compartments actually benefit from greater airflow? Is there greater airflow?
Talking about efficient front grills; I’ll add another one
Especially when they're tailgating you.
....Yup ............ Happens all the time.... I keep think of this movie:Especially when they're tailgating you.
Fieros, too.... No huge grille needed and even the engine is out of the air stream.
My sister had one of these back in the day.. V-6. It was a fun car! Certainly had personality. It's a shame GM didn't continue to develop it further. Fun times.Fieros, too.... No huge grille needed and even the engine is out of the air stream.
