This should be easy for the erudite members of BITOG. At least for the members that got a traditional education. Where did this quotation originate, who said it to whom and what does it portend?

Julius Caesar, by Willie the Shake. The quote is Caesar's retort to Brutus after he gave him the knife and betrayed him. Caesar was told, beware the ides of March before he was murdered. Ides of March is considered to be the 15th.
