They used to flip flop them every election until around 2000, or they were otherwise unstandardized.It has always bugged me about the colors used in the political maps.
Blue = good
Red = Danger
Yes, your assumption is correct, mao referes to private ownership.assuming that's just private ownership? I know the Zoo in Ft.Wayne Indiana has some 'roos.
For whatever reason, the colours are reversed in Canada. Also, with a significant 3rd party, we have orange in the mix.It has always bugged me about the colors used in the political maps.

Nobody likes the Dutch!For whatever reason, the colours are reversed in Canada. Also, with a significant 3rd party, we have orange in the mix.
Perhaps because when they say "If you ain't Dutch, you ain't much!" they aren't joking.Nobody likes the Dutch!
I don't remember the flip flop routine. But I have often wondered, how it was decided which party got red, and which got blue. Flip of a coin? Or was it more scheming than that?They used to flip flop them every election until around 2000, or they were otherwise unstandardized.
I don't remember them flip-flopping ever, but maybe it depended on what channel you watched. For all the elections I watched as a kid, Republican was blue and Democrat red.I don't remember the flip flop routine. But I have often wondered, how it was decided which party got red, and which got blue. Flip of a coin? Or was it more scheming than that?
Plus, if you look at the nuclear map - South Carolina has a plethora of nukes. RADIOACTIVE KANGAROOS BAYYYBAYYY!!!!Imma steal that one... Maybe it will finally help me convince the wife to move down to SC
Actually a dangerous animal - everyone tends to think of the kicks - but upper body strength and huge claws = bad news too …I don't remember the flip flop routine. But I have often wondered, how it was decided which party got red, and which got blue. Flip of a coin? Or was it more scheming than that?
Cooler colors, blue included, tend to be more calming and serenity, while warm colors, such as red, tend to trigger feelings of power, strength, and confidence.
But back to cats and dogs and kangaroos. Would a kangaroo be anywhere near as affectionate as dog or cat? IDK.
