I started with M1 10-30 (it never gets that cold here) after break-in, and switched to GC 0-30 when that oil got famous. Engine noise went down, and cold oil pressure went up. I've been very happy with that oil.

In my lighter use vehicles, I've switched to PP 10-30. With all the reports and good UOAs I've seen here, I'll probably try PP in my 2002 Z-28 once my GC stash is used up. An added plus is PP is now down to $20 for the 5 quart jug at Wallmart.

I don't think you could go wrong with either oil.
