Best/Worst vehicles to change the oil&filter on?

One of worse, Fiat 500's. A cartridge filter whose housing is bigger than the space around it to get it out.

Just did the oil change on my wife's 2012 Abarth today.
You just need to remove the plastic air tube in the picture there, along with the rubber hose that it feeds to the turbo, and you can reach down and access the oil filter cap perfectly fine.

I also performed the first oil change on the 2021 Giulia today, and after dealing with the ridiculous number of torx bolts to take off the underbody tray (roughly 19), the 6 on the underside of the Abarth don't bother me anymore. Of course, once you get the underbody tray off of the Giulia, then the rest of the job is easy as pie.

I still just don't understand why they couldn't just do what Mazda did, and put an access port for the oil filter and the oil drain plug on the underbody tray. My hand hurts from turning the torx screwdrivers so many times, and they were tight.
