Best way search for homes and or land online

Do you have to go to a bunch of different sites. I go to Zillow, or Redfin, but don't see everything for sale coming up. Do you have to be using the MLS service? Any sites or tips are appreciated.

yahoo has a great real estate service.

realtor.com -- allows many search options, by city and range near city, but you need to click on listing to see pictures.

listingbook.com -- you need to create a free user account; it gives the same MLS info used by realtors, shows picture with listing.

I was wanting to know the same same thing...........I`m wanting to find a new duplex and/or house to rent. What`s the best website/resource to use? Newspaper,Cragslist,etc?
