Please elaborate, Grampi. You mix it up with water like you would if you were going to wash your vehicle or do you just use the liquid soap without water as your lube?

I used that soap for years but was put onto Optimum car wash liquid quite a while ago and love that stuff even better.
The suds are incredible (need very little) and it smells great too.

Most people like Meguiars gold class and I do as well. However, I used the Meguiars crystal car wash when nothing else was on sale. It had a good smell and my vehicles looked great. I would have a tough time telling a difference between the two car washes.

Meguiar's Ultimate Wash is what I use for a quick wash. Leaves a good shine.

I bought Meguiars Ultimate Wash and Wax... and it seems OK, but 'boy do I hate the smell . Thinking of returning it on that basis, lol. I also have access to Meguiars Gold Class Shampoo and Conditioner... and I wonder how that stuff would be.

It appears that in Canada we do not have access to the same Meguiars Professional line that is available in the 'States.

When I use it for claying, I still mix it with water, I just leave it a lot stronger...

Are there any detailing products available in Canada that we don't have access to in the U.S. ? I think Canadian Tire sounds like a great place.

Only a buck at Dollar Tree. May give it a try. Hard to beat the price. Probably not very concentrated so pay attention to dilution ratios.

For off the shelf, look at Griot's or Meguiar's Gold Class. Gold Class can be found at any Walmart. Griot's would require a trip to an auto parts store (Advance and Pep Boys sells it, and they also generally have Gold Class, too)

WM had Meguair's Ultimate wash & Wax (bright yellow liquid) for less than $8 in 48 oz. size ... Since I am using Ultimate liquid wax and detail spray I figured I would stay the course with the Ultimate wash ... How bad can it be for a daily driver that sits outside 24/7 ?

Before I bought into Chemical Guys(they seem to work best with foaming devices), Meguiar's from Costco was my choice.
