We just purchased a new car with an Atlas beige interior which is very light. I applied Leather Master Leather Barrier on it to prevent dye transfer. How often would this need this to be applied. If there should be dye tranfer what if anything can be used to remove it.

I would avoid wearing new jeans.

Past that, all you should need is a good leather cleaner and some elbow grease to remove any transfer.

+1 to that. Way back when, my mom bought a new '77 Grand Prix. It had white vinyl interior and before long the seats started turning blue.
