I built a small shed for seasonal storage, and am now preparing to install cedar siding.
Per various internet reading, nails are preferred to screws, and the nails should be either double-dip galvanized or stainless steel.
The siding will be attached to 1/2" plywood siding, so I guess that 1" nails would be about right. (I don't want the nails going through the plywood.)
Any thoughts on nail thickness or style?
Thanks!
