A few years ago I took those pictures during a trip through Utah. The first two photos were taken through the windshield.
Storm's coming! There's no shelter here, just the occasional farm. Better step on it!
It's raining so hard the road is covered with a few inches of water. The sky is black as night. Rain, hail, thunder and lightning are pounding down in one of the worst storms I have ever experienced. Not the time to pictures, really. Finally it's clearing up, just in time for a picture and a stunning sunset. "Rubber Duck" flies by.
We make it through in one piece and stop to take a look at the most incredible colors. The air smells fresh and there's a treasure buried at the end of the rainbow.
