Another article on the continued actions by criminal minds to defraud the insurance industry, which is part of why insurance rates continue to climb.

The criminal's picked expensive targets. Rolls Royce, Mercedes, etc. The insurance companies have extensive databases, not sure if the criminals were successful in their prior insurance fraud activities.

Lighting a match (assuming you're thinking burn a car/house/boat/etc) is just about the fastest way to get caught i can think of. You'd be shocked how obvious it is to a good C&O person or a reasonably experienced claims person.

Getting in a bear suit is right up there too...

I often wonder when I see a genius like that get caught if....... maybe it has something to do with the weed lots of clowns are smoking these days being as much as 20x to 50x more powerful than any of that stuff we smoked back in the 60s and 70s?
