Battery powered DIY tools

I have to correct myself. My battery ratchet is 3/8" with a crossover to 1/4". Its a Milwaukee. I chose it because of its compact battery size.

Those M12 Milwaukee tools are solid. We had tons of them where I recently retired from. The small form factor is perfect for a ratchet, and they are still very nice for larger tools also. Much lighter than the bigger 18V batteries.

I recently bought a couple of Mitutoyo digital micrometers. Not cheap. I'm going to be 64 next month, and when buying them I imagined my kid, who is not a garage rat like me, giving all my tools away to goodwill when I die.

Bought my Mitutoyo digital micrometers from Goodwill. Somebody beat your kid to it.
