I purchased a battery air compressor that uses a Dewalt 20 V battery. It has the funky name Livowalny, but don’t laugh, it gets good reviews. You can can set it down on the ground, screw the line to the air valve on your tire, set the pressure then pull the trigger twice. It will fill the tire to the desired pressure, then stop. It is not quieter than a normal compressor. It comes with a change over to a clip on type connector and a needle to fill a ball. Enjoy the photos.

I've been happy with my m12 inflator
Reviews dont mean much in these days of paid reviewers.

Report back after a year or 2.
I appreciate that Amazon calls out Vine reviews but it's very rare to see a negative or even middle-of-the-road review in those cases.

Many times I get the impression the people who were given free product don't even know what they received or what they're reviewing. It'd be like giving me an MRI machine: "It's large, makes rhythmic banging noises, and appears to be well-built."

Because I'm super familiar with MRI machines......

My garage is covered with tools covered in yellow plastic. I keep several batteries on chargers all the time for my Dewalt power tools. I don't have this air pump. Might get one for the boat: inflating the tow tube for the grandchildren.

Are they making bigger MRI machines for us claustrophobic folks?

I'm very happy with my little Ryobi inflator. Very nice to top up tires at home easily.

My Son gifted me a Milwaukee M12 battery air compressor - after he upgraded to the 18V larger version. It works well for motorcycles and topping up the cars.

I have the M18 version of that for airing back up after beach cruising. a single 5 Ah battery will take four 33x12.50 tires from 15 to 50psi each but there won't be much juice left in it and it ain't fast either.

Sprug on the Dewalt compressor/inflater, it is really good, and you have the batteries already, plus more Dewalt yellow is better

Yup! Years ago I had to undergo an MRI at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda. They had a Siemens MRI; basically it was a tube. I'm claustrophobic, too. I needed 15mg of vitamin V* to survive 50 minutes in the tube!

The newest facilities have open MRI machines now (go to the 4 minute mark in the video).

I have the both the M12 and M18 version of the waukees. Although great products, they are bulky. These pistol types seem to be good for trunk storage, and cheap enough not to get stolen or if forgotten at the side of the road. Many versions. I think Porsche included something like this with sealant in leu of spare tires.

I’m about to head to Home Depot to pick up the Ryobi one. I recently got a Slime lithium portable pump and it worked great but the end where it goes on the tire was plastic and wore out after using maybe a dozen times in less than a year so I returned it. I shopped around and realized why pay for more battery powered stuff when I already have a bunch of Ryobi batteries?

I've had a similar air compressor for a couple of years. For topping off tires that are a few PSI low, it works perfect. I have a larger compressor for bigger jobs. I carry the compressor in my truck and it takes up very little room in its carrying case.

I may be in the minority but I don't get why buy battery operated cordless one and not a wired unit running off cars 12V port.
They are cheaper, don't even require engine running if car battery if strong, maintenance free.
