My 98 GT whenever I drove a little hard those check engine light come up then when I slow down it goes away? Alternator?

Sheer guess fan belt slipping.
Test your battery and connections before condemning the alternator.
And check grounds

Imma try take care the best I can, until engine give up, I will coyote swap it.
Voltage regulator maybe? Voltage gauge is a bit high and computers can act wonky if the voltage isn’t stable.
That’s what I was thinking - that voltage looks high.
I got autozone check battery and alternator. He said it good. He said Check connection
When the car idle its 14v, when it at 2k RPM its 18v.
After watching bunch of video. Its my volt regulator bad.

Definitely this. Have you tried to put a volt meter on the battery when off and when running? Could be a cell that's bad or going bad.
I am thinking battery connection or bad ground. Those molded cable ends get bad connections inside.
18V will absolutely cause those symptoms! That’s way out of range. Let us know how it works with that new regulator.
