Probably the inertia/ fuel pump switch on fords.

Yea, I read about these jerks in the Arizona Republic this morning.
Their sting involved turning off the fuel pump on the vehicle then calling these guys for a tow. When they got the vehicle back to their shop they turned the pump back on and then charged them for a brand new fuel pump. Busted!!!
